Park & Ride is usually cheaper, since you park yourself and take a shuttle. Meet & Greet costs a little more for the convenience of a handover at the terminal. Compare both for your dates to be sure.
With Meet & Greet, the operator takes your keys to park the car. With most Park & Ride operators you keep your keys. It's shown per operator so you can filter for it.

Most operators track flights and won't charge for a delay outside your control, but policies vary — check the operator's terms, which we surface so you can compare them before booking.
